Local award winning Chef Stef invites you to attend a special four course lunch at the River Valley Arts Center, Wappingers Falls
Each course is inspired by a different author’s book, and while you dine each author will be reading a passage from the book that inspired the dish!!

Course One:

Caramelized Root Vegetable Bisque Bread Bowl, Gruyere, Carrot Frites

Course Two:

Caprese Vol au Vent, Tiny Greens Micro Basil, Balsamic, Olive Oil

Course Three:

Apple Cider Braised Beef Short Rib, Rosemary-Parsnip Puree, Truffle-Parm Brussel Sprouts

Course Four:

$74 per ticket includes Lunch, Raffle Entry and Meet & Greet with the authors after lunch. Ticket sales end on March 25 or when sold out
