Revival with Katie Parent

REVIVAL 4/6/25. A day filled with community, healing, wellness, and fun! An intentionally curated day by me to help my community feel aligned and revived.

As a therapist I have made some observations about the struggles we all face. Financial struggles, mindset, burn out, relationships, creativity, exhaustion, mental and physical health, gut and hormone health, wanting more out of life, and more! I have intentionally curated an epic panel of wellness experts and wellness vendors to help us overcome survival mode and not feeling good. I wanted to personally invite you to my next event called Revival which is a group mental health/wellness/empowerment event with a panel of experts helping you on your wellness and life journey.

We have experts in the field of mental health, marketing, finance, nutrition, mindset, and nervous system reprogramming. The community I have built over the years is a safe community of likeminded souls all on a journey to finding our best and highest selves. People have built connections, friendships, and even businesses from this event series! I would love for you to join and bring your loved ones!

We will also be supporting the mental health and substance abuse charity, Sean’s Dream. SeansDream
